Fresh Floral Studio delivery days are Mon-Sat. CLOSED SUNDAY & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS 

Mother’s Day Sunday and if Valentine’s Day falls on a Sunday is an exception.

Out of town suburbs include-  (Mon-Fri ONLY)

Out of town deliveries are Mon-Fri ONLY and must be in by 10am for same day delivery.


  •  Timed deliveries are NOT possible- unfortunately we are able to assist with any exact times for deliveries. If you phone the shop we will always try and accommodate an AM or PM delivery when requested, but cannot make any guarantees.
  • Out of town orders will always be PM.
  • Delivery fees are added at the checkout and vary per suburb.
  • Different cut off times may apply for busy days, such as Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day.
  • Occasionally our cut off times will move forward with no warning.This is at Fresh Floral’s discretion and reflected by what days are available for delivery in the checkout.
  •  Some hospitals/ wards do not accept flower deliveries, should this happen to your order we will contact you to discuss the options available.
  • Every attempt is made to deliver orders to the correct address, should the property be a gated or not accessible please ensure you include the recipient’s phone number to enable our delivery driver to gain access.  
  • Alcohol delivery is as per State liquor laws, the sender and recipient must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic.
  • Alcohol is an add on ONLY and will not be sent on its own.


Cancellations 

  •  Order’s that have already left with the courier/delivery driver cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders that have not yet been pre-pared may be cancelled
  • Re-Delivery may incur a further delivery fee

If no-one is home 

  •  If you select “Authority to Leave” when placing your order, we will leave your order in a safe place at the specified address that is weather protected.
  • If we are unable to gain access to the property due to locked gates/animals, we will return your order to the store and arrangements will be made for re-delivery at an additional cost to the customer/sender or alternately they can be collected from the shop.
  • If you have not selected ‘Authority to leave’ but we have rang the recipient and they have given permission to leave the delivery at their address, our driver will leave somewhere safe as per the recipients request.  
  • If you have supplied an incorrect address, we will return your order to the store and arrangements will be made for re-delivery at an additional cost to the customer/sender.
  • We rely on Google maps to find you so please leave us with instructions if the address is new!
  • OUT OF TOWN/ COURIER orders will always be LEFT (if no-one is home). Unfortunately when the flowers go on a third party courier there is no option for them to be returned. It is very important we have the correct address and phone number for the recipient so we can pass this information on to our courier drivers.
